Source Dossiers

Every Coffee Has an Origin Story

Most coffee labels tell you the country.

Some tell you the farm.

We believe that’s only the beginning.

A Source Dossier is our investigation into the people, places, and environments behind every coffee we source. These files document the farms, producers, elevations, terroir, cultivation practices, and history that shape each coffee long before it reaches the roaster.

Every Source Dossier is a permanent record of origin.

Unlike a Roast Intelligence Report, which documents a specific coffee release, a Source Dossier rarely changes. It exists as a historical archive of the farms and producers who make exceptional coffee possible.

Archive Access

Current declassified sources include:

• SD-001 — Café Cotito

• SD-002 — Don Pachi Estate

Additional farms and producers will be added to the archive as new sources are verified and declassified.

Because extraordinary coffee deserves more than a country of origin.

It deserves a complete record.

Every Panama Papers Coffee release includes a detailed Coffee Intelligence Report. These reports provide unprecedented transparency into the journey from farm to cup. Each report may include:
  • Producer and farm information
  • Region and micro-lot details
  • Elevation data
  • Varietal genetics
  • Harvest dates
  • Processing methods
  • Drying techniques
  • Roasting profiles
  • Sensory analysis
  • Brewing recommendations
  • Flavor breakdowns
  • Traceability documentation
Think of it as a declassified dossier for exceptional coffee. Because great coffee deserves more than a label. It deserves a complete story.
